Our Breeding Program

The focus of our breeding program is to raise excellent companions for the modern family. We have a science-based program designed to raise well-balanced and healthy puppies. Our labradoodles are people-focused, easy to train, and motivated to please you. They are sporty, but not hyper. They are as happy hiking as binge-watching with you on the couch. From their coat to their temperament, our dogs are bred for the modern family in the typical suburban home.

We have been raising Labradoodles since 2007. As a Veterinarian, my husband, Dr. Mark Meddleton, is especially committed to breeding dogs that will uphold the health and soundness of this outstanding new breed. We raise our puppies in our home, the best place to raise best friends.

About Labradoodles

Labradoodle Breed Origins

The first Labradoodles were bred to meet the needs of  a vision-impaired woman whose husband was allergic to dog hair. She needed an allergy-free guide dog.

Almost immediately there was tremendous interest in these fabulous new dogs with service dog temperaments and allergy-friendly coats. The International Australian Labradoodle Association, Inc. (IALA) and its Regional Sister Associations: the Australian Labradoodle Association of America (ALAA),  and the Australian Labradoodle Association (ALA), was formed to monitor the development of this new breed. It is their goal to establish a breed of dog known for its excellent health and exceptional temperament along with the other fine qualities of this breed.

The Labradoodle is still a developing breed. Their intelligence, exceptional trainability, sweet dispositions, as well as the low to non-shedding allergy friendly coats of the multigeneration Labradoodles have made them highly sought after.
